Made for larger groups, high in the tower. Both apartments are air conditioned and each is different: a split-level on the 25th floor with its own staircase and rooftop terrace, or the Superior on one level on the 22nd.

Resort Facilities
The heart of the resort is a 33 metre heated lagoon pool with a waterslide, a waterfall and a shallow walk-in end, fenced, open 6:30am to 9:30pm every day of the year. Sun loungers, cabanas and umbrellas ring the water, and a heated open-air spa and a steam room sit alongside.
Past the pool there is a full-size floodlit tennis court and a half court, a gym, mini putt through the gardens, a games room with arcade machines and a pool table, a giant games board and four electric barbecues. The beach is straight through the gate with no road to cross.

Do all apartments have ocean views?
Yes. Every apartment has a private balcony with ocean views, and most have two, off the living area and the master bedroom.
- North-facing balconies look up the coast to Surfers Paradise, south-facing balconies overlook the Currumbin estuary
- Every apartment is individually owned, so outlook varies with floor and position. Tell us what matters most when you book and we will do our best
Can I book a renovated apartment?
Yes, you choose your refurbishment level when you book. Our two-bedroom apartments come in four levels, from original condition up to brand new.
- Standard Two Bedroom is original condition, Deluxe is partially refurbished, Superior is fully refurbished including the kitchen and both bathrooms, and Premier is brand new throughout
- Every apartment is individually furnished, so photos are a guide only
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Both three-bedroom apartments and the four-bedroom apartment have air conditioning. Every apartment is individually owned, so some two-bedroom apartments have it and others do not.
- Call us on 07 5534 5999 when you book and we will do our best to allocate an air-conditioned apartment
- Where an apartment does not have air conditioning, every bedroom has a ceiling fan
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and a surcharge may apply
- Booking within two days of arrival? Phone us first and arrive during reception hours
Is parking available?
Yes, free undercover security parking with one space per apartment.
- Entry height clearance is 2.0 metres and spaces suit standard cars
- Taller vehicles, roof racks, vans and trailers use on-street parking nearby
Is there lift access from the car park?
Lifts serve the apartment floors, but some car park levels reach the lift foyer by stairs. Call us on 07 5534 5999 before you book if steps are a concern.
- We will assign you a car park on the right level, with a bay next to the lift foyer
- Tell us if you are travelling with a mobility aid, a pram or heavy luggage and we will sort it before you arrive
