Royal Palm Resort has a 33 metre heated lagoon pool with a waterslide and waterfall, a heated open-air spa, a steam room and a gymnasium, a floodlit full-size tennis court and half court, mini golf, a kids games room, a giant games board and four electric barbecues. Undercover parking is free, and the beach is a walk across the garden.
Heated lagoon pool
Our lagoon pool runs 33 metres through the middle of the resort, heated and open all year, with a waterslide dropping straight into it and a shallow walk-in edge for small swimmers.
Heated spa
The open-air spa sits on the pool deck inside the same fenced enclosure, heated and open the same hours as the pool, and lit in colour through the evening.
Barbecue terrace
Four electric barbecues sit on the paved terrace beside the pond, with the beach reserve just over the fence. It is the easy option on the nights nobody wants to cook.
Gymnasium
There is a gymnasium on site for house guests, with weight machines and free weights, so a training week does not have to stop at the resort gate.
Floodlit tennis court
Our tennis court is full size and floodlit, so a game does not have to finish when the light goes, and there is a half court alongside it for a hit-up.
Mini golf
The mini golf course winds through the resort gardens between the planting and the palms, which makes it an easy hour with the kids before dinner without leaving the property.
Kids games room
The games room has arcade machines and a pool table, indoors and out of the sun, which is where the older kids tend to end up on a wet afternoon.
Giant games board
Our giant games board is set out on a paved terrace beside the lawn, laid out for draughts and always up and ready for a match between swims.

ARRIVING BY CAR
Where do we park, and will our car fit?
Parking is undercover, secure and free, with one space included per apartment. The entry has a 2.0 metre height clearance and the spaces suit standard cars, so if you are driving something taller, carrying a roof box or towing, use the on-street parking nearby. Additional parking is available offsite close to the resort.
The basement car park is split into three sections, A, B and C, and not every section reaches the lift foyer without stairs. If steps are a problem for anyone in your group, or you are travelling with a lot of luggage, call us on 07 5534 5999 before you arrive and we will do our best to put you on a level with a bay beside the lifts.

What else is on site?
Our tour desk can lock in Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary or a theme park day without queuing when you get there.
There are vending machines for snacks and drinks and an internet kiosk, lifts serve the apartment floors, and the building is covered by security intercom, key access and video surveillance in the common areas. The beach is reached straight from the grounds, with no road to cross.
Reception is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm and Sunday 9am to 12 noon, and is closed on public holidays. That is where equipment hire, tour bookings and anything else you need is sorted, so it is worth a visit on your first morning.

Is the pool heated and open all year?
Yes. Our 33 metre lagoon pool is heated and open all year, with a waterslide, a waterfall, a shallow walk-in edge for small swimmers, sun loungers and a fenced surround. The heated open-air spa sits beside it.
What are the pool opening hours?
The pool is open 6:30am to 9:30pm daily. Cabanas and umbrellas around the pool are free to use.
Is there a spa, steam room or gym?
We have a heated open-air spa, a steam room and a gymnasium on site, all included for guests staying with us. Ask reception about access to the gym and the steam room when you check in.
Are pool or beach towels provided?
Bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied and apartments are serviced weekly. Pool and beach towels are hired at $5 a towel, so plenty of guests pack their own.
Can you book tours, transfers and theme park tickets?
Yes. Our tour desk books theme park tickets, attraction entry, tours, transfers and car rental, and the team are happy to share local recommendations. It is an easy way to lock in a wildlife sanctuary visit or a theme park day without queuing when you get there.
Is there a restaurant or breakfast on site?
We do not have a restaurant or breakfast service. Royal Palm is self-catering and every apartment has a full kitchen, with snack and drink vending machines on site. Coles is about a 10 minute walk for supplies, and there are cafes close by if you would rather someone else made breakfast.
Is Royal Palm good for families?
Very much so. The heated lagoon pool has a waterslide and a shallow walk-in end, and there is a kids games room with arcade machines and a pool table, mini golf, a giant games board and four electric barbecues. The pirate ship playground at Palm Beach Parklands is an easy walk of under 10 minutes, and every apartment is self-contained with a full kitchen and laundry.
